Thomas Motachwa is a19 year veteran of the real estate inidusrty.  Thomas is a licensed real estate agent who specializes in rehabs and multi families. He serves as president of Property IQ, a full service construction firm.

Tony Hoyrd  -  Acounting & Management

 

Tony Hoyrd is a distinguished alum of William Patterson University (BS) in Accounting.  A pillar in his community, Mr Hoyrd serves as a decon in his church as well as on several non-profit community development boards in Hudson County.  Mr Hoyrd holds the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation.

Sheri Spears  -  Residential Leasing & Management

 

Having been licensed for 20 years Ms. Spears brings a vast array of experience leasing and or managing larger multi family properties throughout New Jersey.  Her past properties include large multi units in East Orange NJ aswell as 370 unita in Florham Park NJ.  Currently in conjunction with Alied Properties in Hoboken she oversees 835  units of leasing and is and integral part of the management team.  Ms Spears the ARM designation.

W. Andrae Cook  -  Finance & Sales

 

Andrae is a  25 year veteran of the morgage and lending game.  Andrae's experience in the financial arena have included stints at Chase Bank & HMFA (Housing Mortgage & Finance Authority) of NJ.  Through the Lending Source he provides wholesale pricing for all types of commercial entities.  Mr. Cook counts Goldman Sachs, and the Buffet Group amongst his list of lenders.  Mr. Cook holds a BS in Business from Rutgers University

May Chu  -  Office Management & Sales

 

May has been a licenced real estate professional in thr state of NJ  for nearly 30 years.  May has specialized in condominium development projects where she oversaw management & sales responsibilities.  May is a licensed Broker and is responsible for the day to day operations.

"Ajay" enjoys the distinction of being the number 1 leasing agent in urban Essex County for the past 10 years.  Having garnered the favor of some of the largest owners in Essex County as well as Section 8 offices in 3 counties allowes him to continually be a top producer.  Ajay also hold a Brokers license i NJ, Penn, Texas, South Carolina, and has a pending application in Florida.

Show Off Your Home!

Quick fixes before selling always pay off, but don’t over improve. Instead, do repairs that will pay off and get you what the home is truly worth. Best advice is to paint all the walls a neutral color, lighter colors open up the space. De- Clutter prior to listing your home… fix leaky faucets and keep the home clean at all times. For higher end homes consider staging (with a professional) to show the houses best light. Finally, depersonalize the home as much as possible. Although it’s emotionally difficult, eliminate family pics and certain art pieces that reflect you. A buyer wants to imagine themselves in the property so a blank canvas is best.
